Located in the capital of Chhattisgarh, near the AIIMS flyover, the hotel has been designed with 30 rooms and a banquet hall on the first floor of 2220 sq.ft with a capacity of 200-225 people. The rooftop shall feature the restaurant while the ground floor will have retail shops as well as reception and the kitchen area for the hotel. The hotel has been planned in the way that the full frontage can be used of the main road increasing the commercial viability of the project.
