High-Street Retail Park and Office - Indore

Located on Indore’s most expensive road, the 75 meter wide Super Corridor near the EMAAR Greens township and the upcoming Taj Convention Center being the largest in the Central India. The site enjoys a whopping frontage of 750 feet and to maximisze the opportunity of retail that it gives, the client’s brief was to create 22 feet ceiling retail shops with mezzanine floors to maximize the retail area floor plate.

A unique concept of designing the building was envisaged that from the aerial view the name of the city is seen – INDORE so for that 6 blocks of equal built-up of nearly 35,000 sq.ft were created joined together with glass bridges and through terraces which yet again increase the commercial viability of the project. The second floor of all the blocks feature office spaces with double height foyers from the back of the site to each block. This project will be the most sought-after project of Indore in the coming future looking at its location near the Indore International Airport
