Terrace Design for Sanatan Saarthi - Ahmedabad

Located in the posh Paldi area of Ahmedabad, the terrace design is part of an upcoming 3BHK apartment scheme called Sanatan Saarthi by Samarpaye Real Estate Ventures. The design explores use of exposed concrete, brickwork and teracotta jali. One side of the terrace has a multipurpose hall with a capacity of 100 people and a terrace garden with seating as its extension. The other side has a semiopen verandah covered with teracotta jalis and glass in the celing, a colorful PVC rubber flooring childres play area , a fully skylit indoor games area and a pergoal covered landscaped seatout. The design explores maximum possibility to inculcate landscape with function for this urban terrace design being one of its kind in the entire city.
